DIY kits and accessories are processed within 3-5 business days, then shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Same-day delivery may be available for San Antonio local orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@nananeballoons.com (mailto:info@nananeballoons.com)or call us 210-660-6818 before ordering to confirm availability.

For local delivery balloon bouquets, we recommend ordering at least 24–48 hours in advance. For special occasions or large orders, 3–5 days' notice is appreciated.

Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Exceptions are made for damaged or incorrect orders.
