Welcome to NANANE SHOP ("NaNaNe," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from nanane.shop, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.
1. General
NANANE SHOP is a small, handmade business based in San Antonio, TX. We specialize in handcrafted balloon bouquets, DIY balloon kits, and party accessories. All products are made with care and intention.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed through our secure online store. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. By submitting an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Sales tax of 8.25% applies to all orders shipped to or picked up within Texas, in accordance with Texas state law.
3. DIY Kits — Shipping
DIY Balloon Kits and accessories are shipped via USPS or UPS. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary by destination. NANANE SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Once a package is handed to the carrier, tracking information will be provided via email.
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
4. Local Delivery (San Antonio Only)
Balloon bouquet delivery is available within the San Antonio, TX area only. Delivery availability, timing, and applicable fees are confirmed at the time of order. Delivery orders require advance notice. Please contact us to confirm availability before placing a time-sensitive order.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on balloon bouquets or DIY kits once an order has been processed.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@nananeballoons.com with photos, and we will work to make it right.
Digital products and downloadable items are non-refundable.
6. Order Customization
Custom orders (color, size, occasion) are accepted based on availability. Custom orders require confirmation and may require a non-refundable deposit. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photos, designs, product descriptions, and branding — is the property of NANANE SHOP and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
NANANE SHOP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
Balloons are not toys. Keep away from children under 8 years of age. Adult supervision is required. NANANE SHOP is not responsible for injury or damages resulting from misuse of products.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
